Bradley yes, Donovan and Adu not really. Ireland and Elano do what those guys do, only better. Bradley could probably find some time.

It's ok, you have Stevie Ireland.
Is Ireland ever going to call him up again?

They want him, but he hasn't agreed to play International since the whole "Grandma is Dead" lie. (His girlfriend had a miscarriage and he left the team to join her, but lied as to the reson).
Ireland's coach has said they want him back, but aren't going to beg.

I thought he said he wanted to return. They could definitely use him. He could potentially play in 3 World Cups for Ireland.

Who knows.
Santa Cruz doesn't impress me too much but we DO have Robinho.

Didn't you guys spend like 16 million on Nigel de Jong?

The sad part was there was buyout cluase in his contract that he was avaible in the summer for around 3 mil. So they payed all that extra money to get him for 1/2 a season (and he was cup-tied in the UEFA Cup, so only EPL games).

I've heard that Manchester City have made a third approach at Terry. £35 million for a central-defender with exorbitant wages? Call me crazy, but I'd pocket the cash and find an adequate replacement for half that sum..

John Terry is such a bitch. But he's a really good defender. Chelsea should tell Man City they want Micah Richards or Vincent Kompany plus 15 mil.

Apparently the owner likes England's chances in S. Africa and thinks having a City player be the captain of the wining team would be worth it.
Also, Terry is the poster boy for Umbro (Nike now owns) and City just signed a 10 year deal. There might be some incentive from Umbro/Nike to get him out of a Chelsea addidas shirt.
Still think its about a 1% chance.

God fricking damnit I hat Manchester City.
I love how they think they are going to sign every captain from the best clubs in Europe.

So which of the top four will they replace?
Arsenal are the most likely to drop out of the top 4 by far. Liverpool could implode off the field, but with Torres, Gerrard and Reina they should be fairly safe.
City could do it, but not this next season. They will get some decent players in, but it takes time. You look at Chelsea as a mega team now, and since their spending spree of 2004, but if they hadn't had the history of attracting players like Gullit, Di Matteo, Zola etc in the 90s, and if they weren't already in the CL, I doubt a lot of players like Makelele, Duff, Crespo, Carvalho etc would've gone there.
Man City will do it, they weren't far off signing Kaka, once they get a couple of big names the rest will follow. This summer has been unusual in that almost all the big transfers have gone to the same place.

Setanta US and FSC EPL Schedule is out for Aug-Nov.
Set. and FSC
City only has 2 games on FSC, Birminham & Wigan. That sucks.
