Arsenal are the most likely to drop out of the top 4 by far.
Psh, we're not going anywhere.
Had a 21 game unbeaten streak last year with a bunch of 21 year olds. We'll be even better next season, especially since 'dre Arshavin is eligible in all competitions. We're 2-3 deep at every position now that Eduardo and Rosicky have resumed training, and with Vermelean and Senderos in the defensive reserves.
If anyone goes down I'd speculate Chelsea, since Ancelotti sank AC Milan's ship in the past 2-3 years. He's basically inheriting another AC Milan since there are a bunch of old fricks in their starting XI.

Manchester City...
God fricking damnit I hat Manchester City.
I love how they think they are going to sign every captain from the best clubs in Europe.
How is it any different than what your chelsea did 5 years ago?
I hope they do go out and buy some talent... It will only make the premiership better

Yeah, it's extremely similar. I believe Roman bid 100 million Euros for both Kaka and Nesta in his first year. They both turned him down, and he went for secondary options like Wayne Bridge, Damien Duff, Geremi, and Adrian Mutu.
I think that Manchester City can get in the top 4 after next year. It doesn't mean that they'll stay in the top 4, but they can be a spoiler from time to time.

Yeah,

claudio ranieri took so much bullshite for rotating his squad the 2003/04 season, the english press kept calling him "tinkerman"
chelsea bought a frickload of players that summer with roman's money
mutu, geremi, veron, bridge, duff, crespo, and others

it's not.
Man City definitely looks pathetic right now, but if they somehow patch a team together that manages to qualify for the CL, then look out.
No one wants to go there right now because you're not getting the chance to play top european football. If they get in, and still play with this enormous budget, they could potentially catch fire in a hurry.
They also signed Gareth Barry who could be a great pickup for them. I'm not thinking any American is getting in over him in the midfield
