Yeah im not sure why WM isnt ranked up there on the Rivals list. I think its premature to rank Lutcher ahead of WM at this point.

I'd rank Lutcher ahead of WM just because I have extreme respect for their scheduling. They come up from 3A to 4A and schedule several big games that they could have lost. WM is handcuffed by their large, weak district. They scheduled Leesville last year after Thibodaux backed out after a hurricane. They had to take the return trip this year. Neville was a great opponent. Wish they could've gone out of state instead of playing Richwood though.

They'll play right before WM in the Dome if they both make it. I'm hoping they play at Neville in the semifinals. I'll go watch that instead of whoever WM plays that week.

Yes. whats your point? Lutcher is my team and the top team in 4A. West Monroe is the top team in 5A. They havent played any common opponents so at this point i would rank the 5A team ahead of the 4A team.

Yep, underestimated 2 teams that they were better than. Turned the ball over 9 times against Sulphur and 8 times against Acadiana to drop both games by 7 points. In the semifinals, a week away from the Dome, they won't overlook anyone.

I wanted to run out on the field and ring that Acadiana kicker's neck for taunting the crowd and acting like he was roughed. And now that POS is a Tiger.

there have been years where the best team in 4A was in fact better than the best team in 5A

Not disputing that but the entire season had to play out for that to be evident. If Lutcher wins the 4A title in convincing fashion or if Hahnville and Lutcher end up winning titles than I will have no problem saying Lutcher is the best team in the state.

I feel very good about LSUs chances with Landry. Not ready to call him a lock but it seems we lead. Just hope he gets his grades in order.
