Southern CA is playing NoCAL right now on ESPN 2. The Cula Vista team (Socal) is huge, the NoCAL team looks like little kids. I think we are going to see another mercey rule. Chula Vista just mercy ruled Las Vegas 2 days ago.

That bat was shaved. Oppo line drive for a homerun? Come on man. Give these kids CU31 and watch the numbers drop back down considerably.

13,000 at a LL game is nuts. The LLWS won't have attendances like that until the US NC game and Championship game.

The San Bernadino facility is tight. I went in 1998 as Arizona State Champs and we got KO'd by Darwin Barney of Oregon (Oregon State's SS for their Back to Back NC teams). Matt Tuiasasopo ('04 Seattle first rounder) was the freak 6'0" 12 year old hitting home runs over the lights but lost to SoCal in the bottom of the 6th in the championship. We had Ike Davis as an 11 year old for our #3 pitcher who was the Mets' first rounder last year. Fun times though.

I will give it up to the first NoCAL pitcher. He got torched in the 1st inning, then pitched a hell of a game. Once he hit his 85 pitch limit that team was done. Cuhal Vista has been mashing the ball. That big kid hit one at least 100ft past the center field wall. Incredible.

Yeah this SoCal team is rediculous. I hate all these rules they have now. When I was 11 and 12, there was no mandatory substitution rule in All-Stars and certainly no pitch count limit.
