Not sure about that. The schedule they've got is about like what Live Oak did in the early part of the 2000's. They played teams like Pope John Paul II before district to give them a good looking record, but once they played district opponents, reality sank in. I'm just glad we never lost to LO when I played.

At least WHS is winning again. It's been unbearable to follow them for years.

Chalmette defeats West Jeff 56-42 and is now in the driver's seat for district... we don't even need to beat John Ehret to share it thanks to their loss against Landry Walker... Masen Mitchell set a school record tonight with 6 touchdowns in the highest scoring game in Chalmette history and Kerry Johnson played with a chip on his shoulder for not getting major college offers

St Amant rolled over McKinley tonight 37-8. St Amant remains unbeaten and is in the drivers seat in district 5-5A. Geaux Gators!

Especially since they didn't play Catholic...
