ND 28 vs Teurlings 23 I was anxiously anticipating watching Cole Kelly play and I came away not that impressed. I can see why LSU didn't offer. He has some talent but needs a good QB coach that can coach him up. IMO, He has to get better to be a starting SEC quarterback. ND also has a really good defense.

Did you notice the officiating? Refs (from Lafayette) tried to hand this game to Teurlings on a platter. Was unbelievable.

Holy Cross beats Chalmette for the ninth time since Katrina 35-20...

honestly i think we're the most underachieving program in the state. given the facilities, 1,800 kids to draw from, and being in NOLA to attract a good coach, we should be making the state playoffs and beating Holy Cross at least half the time.

the fact that we've done each only once in the last decade (granted, Katrina) has me wondering what is going on... we should be the type of program that attracts kids from the city, not loses them to Curtis, HC, whoever

A lot of top players, if given a choice will choose a winning program. Can be tough to break that cycle.

Head of Lafayette officials is a Teurlings grad. Nothing to see here

They have a young team, their MLB is out with a knee injury. The coaches son is playing QB and he just isn't that good.

D'Arbonne Woods Charter is splitting up the talent in the parish. They have a very young team and will have a 3.5 million dollar new school next year.
