Umm Trahan which is Acadianas starter correct? Yeah he was in the game along with yalls running back until the score got into the 60s. Yalls d was on the field most of 3rd quarter too. Not butthurt y'all were gonna win anyway. and yeah zacharys d is terrible I knew going into game. tell Acadianas d to learn to cover the deep pass I see why barbe beat them.

Did u buy sour grapes today?

GET OVER IT!!!!!!! And barbe beat the rams because they had a bad week. Happenes once a year. 2005 lost to sulphur pretty bad, went on to the state finals. 2006 lost to hmmmm can't remember but lost to two teams .. State champs, 2007 lost to 3 teams state finals again. Last year was manhandled by STM. State champs. Acadiana always loses a game or 2. Your just crying cause y'all got embarrassed. And yu coming in he crying over 3 rd stringers whipping your butts and calling the coach trashy. Does not help your case. And makes you sound like a whiny girl.
So be a man take your butt kicking, and be on your way.

St. Paul's has to be the worst #1 seed of all time. How did those guys go 10-0. The ball bounced Central's way in the first half. They had a good offensive game plan. They got too conservative in the second half and almost lost. Plus they changed kickers and he missed an extra point that almost came back to bite Central in the butt.

Holy crap dude. Can you give the players and the coach atleast a little credit? I mean damn they played a great game and beat the number 1 team in the state

Dutchtown and St Paul's were both on the same side of the bracket. Now West Monroe is gonna walk to the Dome.

They were going to cake walk to the Dome even if st. Paul's or dutchtown won. The only 2 teams in the state that can beat WM now .. Remember a team is very different from beginning of the season. Is Barbe, and Acadiana. Barbe can pass it enough to give them fits. And the rams have the Wm experience and the coaching. If Acadiana doesn't make it to the dome Wm will win state. I bet a PayPal bet on it.

West Monroe will have to beat Barbe in Lake Charles in week 3. That will be their only close game until the Dome and Barbe very well might win.

OK my Winnfield Tigers beat Jeanerette tonight 70-0 and we travel to St. Thomas Aquinas next week (based on a report I heard that STA beat West St. Mary's - anyone know if that's right?) STA is in the Hammond area, right?

STA won 35-28. You'll be playing at Strawberry Stadium on Southeastern's campus.

Running clock means it runs regardless of the outcome of the play. It doesn't matter if Zachary was passing or not. 75 points is the kind of beating that turns kids away from the sport. Unnecessary to beat high school kids that bad.

Did you even go to the game? St. Paul's was very unimpressive for a #1 team. With that said to make runs in playoffs you have to have luck sometimes and Central got a lot of the lucky breaks last night. Central runs a double reverse flea flicker and Courville throws up a duck that should have been intercepted. The ball bounces off the DB's hands and lands directly in Triplet's hand. It looked just like the bluegrass miracle play without Jack Hunt scoring.

I did say they had a good offensive game plan in the first half. They threw the ball more and St. Paul looked like they were expecting Central to run the ball more than what they did. Second half Central sat on the ball and it almost lost the game for them. Courville played his best game of the year but Triplet should get the ball more than what he does. He didn't even touch the ball in the 3rd Quarter.

Dillon Scott, who ran for two of the three touchdowns in te second half, is a sophomore who is the 3rd string running back. We had two sophomore dbs playing along with the second string oline. We passed two times the entire game. Acadiana didn't kneel the ball but what the heck do you want them to do, it was 34-0 8 minutes into the game. Acadiana is in playoff form that's for damn sure. And WM put up 55 points against pineville and waxed hahnville 49- whatever. I bet those poor kids at hahnville want to quit football

Wm had 28 non-offensive points last night and ran the clock the entire 2nd half. I got home at 8:45 after picking up dinner.
