quote:many and winnfield are far less responsible than the "big" schools that sold the "play in class rule" as a "fix" when it was simply a power move by a handful of 4a and 5a schools that were tired of losing to 2 schools in particular. The smaller schools simply reacted to 9 years of getting thrashed. Look back when "playing up" was revoted on each time who opposed it and it will tell the tale. The move was also by some to keep a certain school then playing in 4a out of 5a. There was also much bullying to get votes from class b and c school(threatening to combine them).
Can you elaborate with some details ?
Are you saying it was not Many and Winnfield as the leaders of this ?

perhaps this should be revisited???? B now has 36 schools and C has 38. Take the top 18 B's in enrollment and make them CNF class 1A schools, and add the bottom 18 B's to Class C
