He's banged up and he's pretty upset about it. He was 2-0, just like his opponent. It would have been a good fight...slight advantage to the other guy. Roy is a tough sonofabitch.

i know chad roy. we used to talk mma all the time when he used to work at spectrum fitness as a membership sales rep.

pretty much nailed it coonass. He'll knock the piss out of you, but yeah - weak lower extremities.

hes also a little older than what i once thought he was. when i was working out regularly where he was i thought he was a lot younger than i was. i remember him telling me how he was a chimes street brat etc.
he wanted to fight one of the guys whom i went to high school with that was supposedly training for mma and was on the juice. the juice never did the kid any good.

somehow i imagine more than a few people doing this. 
wont be able to make it tonight unfortunately.
anyone know if gladiators training schedule is different than what the website says. looks like ill be working until 7pm each workday and i noticed there classes are typically from 6-7pm.
if not maybe ill rejoin the rec and learn judo in the next few months.

classes typically start around 6 each night... MMA classes begin at 730 on Tues and Thurs.
But there are always guys training 7-9

I'm working on stuff right now on it.
The 3 main title bouts are as:
Chris Bell defeats Robert Thompson by TKO in the first round for the middleweight title. Early ref stoppage but Bell is one bad mofo though. It would have been more of the same.
Ken Jackson defeats Liam McCarty by RNC in the first round for the Welterweight Title.
McCarty came in looking a little cocky. Dude got just straight dominated by Jackson. It was bad.
Andrew Staples defeats Jeremy Genin by TKO in the second round for the Heavyweight Title. Don't look now, but Staples is now 8-1
I'll post the rest later.
