Les Miles is out as Kansas' head football coach three days after being placed on administrative leave by the university.

Somewhere, Jarrett Lee is smiling.

A few other players are smiling, too.

So Kansas fired Les Miles for his conduct while at LSU, but LSU has fired no one?

That seems... off.

Which makes Kansas bribing the Orange Bowl higher ups to get to and win the Orange Bowl that much more impressive.

Kansas has done more to rectify issues at LSU than LSU has.

Remarkable.

But only after another border war with Mizzou to end them for good.

Well, we can't fire Les Miles and just because Verge and Segar are on administrative leave doesn't mean they won't be fired.

It is very common in contracts and in practice with high ranking officials to give them administrative leave first.
