To be fair, have you seen the examples he had growing up? I don't think this situation has much to do with "urban culture" and more to do with the way Collins was raised and what his priorities are.

Looks like he doesn't use condoms at all. Doesnt care about std's or child support $ he is going to have to spend because of 5 min of pleasure.

He had a son that played at Grambling. He didn't acknowledge either of those kids until after they were drafted/signed pro contracts. There are rumors of more, with sordid details as well.
