No Rui and no Hayes is huge for them. They will still be solid when all 3 return but I don’t think they are actual contenders with Hayes at 5. They can’t beat the Nuggets and even if they somehow got to the Finals, I would take Celtics, Bucks and Cavs over them.

You about to get downvoted for talking actual basketball instead of just “lol lakers”

What

Lebron at 100 years old played 71 games last year and only missed 2 games in March.
I hate Lebron and his flopping, crybaby self, but what a dumb post by that account. Pretty casual and stupid to believe it.

Their frontcourt depth is horrible and there was no way they were winning that game with their entire starting frontcourt out. Not sure why they even played Luka.
The Luka trade has made Hayes more valuable because he is a decent lob threat but otherwise they have the worst center rotation in the league.

Yep, Jaxson is pretty solid in that role though. He basically sets screens, dunks open looks, and plays high effort defense while trying not to foul. Rui is a pretty decent small ball 5 but they have no one else with size to eat up minutes. Valuncunias would have been a solid acquisition for them, not sure why they made no moves at the deadline for a backup 5.
