LBJ just makes a team better no matter what. Kobe can't even come close to doing that.

Well, he does makes them better, but just not as much as Lebron.

Still taking that Cavs team to the finals was pretty amazing

i would say the Pistons series was amazing, but they played the wizards and nets before that. Those cavs teams aren't nearly as bad as people make them out to be. They were solid down low with a decent player playing the 2. I would take the Cavs roster of that lakers roster any day of the week.

The 2 players who played the most were Chuck Atkins and Caron Butler. Kobe also missed 16 games

One of the most pathetic rosters I have ever seen

take Shaq and Gasol away from Kobe's career and he would have never won a single championship. Shaq carried that team for three of them

So true. Kobe was like the heisman-winning RB, while Shaq was like the top-ranked O-line that made it all possible.

You can talk shite about Kobe all you want, but one thing you can't talk shite about is Kobe playing hurt. Love him or hate him, he is a tough S.O.B

He has played through some injuries when a lot of players would have sat out.

OMG people Shaq never gets a chance to get to the Finals and win those MVPs which makes you people think he carried them without Kobe. Lakers never beat the Blazers, Kings, or Spurs in any of those years without Kobe. Kobe needed Shaq and Shaq needed Kobe just like Jordan needed Pippen.

And Lebron's Cavs team was so much better than anything Kobe had those 3 years. Big Z was an all star almost every year. Drew Gooden was a good rebounder and defensive player. I mean come on the Lakers had a starting 5 in the playoffs of Smush Parker, Kobe, Luke Walton, Lamar Odom, and Kwame Brown. 3 of the worst players in NBA history in the starting lineup

The man played almost an entire season with a broken index finger on his shooting hand. Could have had surgery, but played through it and won a championship (2010)

For all of Kobe's dick comments and shortcomings, he knows more about the game than Howard could ever imagine. He'd be wise to soak up some of Kobe's habits before he leaves L.A.

Dwight Howard has pussy in him. He's never going to become this cold, calculated a-hole that Kobe is. He's soft, he's a diva, and is like a woman, too damn worried if people like him or not. Look at the whole thing with SVG last year when he got called out in the presser and then howard came in and tried to act like all was well until SVG walked off and Dwight was put on blast.

Yep. For all the hate Lakers' fans give Pau, you have to credit him for taking a ton of criticism and still trucking forward. Kobe is tough on him, the media is tough on him, but he doesn't shy away from the criticism.

It really boils down to Dwight caring more about his media persona than being the best player possible.

Lakeshow be faacckked with Pau hurt now.

They need to Trade Howard. He gone after this season.

Clear up space for a run at Lebron

Earl Clark was a great piece for the Lakers they should be happy that at least got that outta the trade for DH

In a nutshell, he's calling Dwight a bitch by insinuating he should be playing thru the pain.
