i think durant wants to do everything possible to get more rings than lebron..thats his sole mission before he retires

I agree. It’s a legacy killer to not win a championship. But regardless of the accomplishments, a players legacy is still largely determined by how a players career is perceived. Right now the general perception of Durant is not a positive one, for the reasons I mentioned. I’m sure it’s fun for him to rack up all these accolades with little degree of difficulty, and they all count the same in the record book. But at some point it would do more for his legacy to win at least one with his own team somewhere. If these titles wth GSW are the only ones he wins, I don’t think his legacy among all time greats will be very strong. You’re right it’s better than never winning at all though
