Told myself that the pace scenario in the Oaks would probably set things up perfectly for a closer...and then I still bet the speed horses. Just thought the top fillies were that much better than the rest of the class! Lesson learned.

And Derby Day!

WLEX in Lexington is already on with non stop coverage. No live stream on their web site, but it might be out there online somewhere. Will check Louisville station sites and will post back if I find anything.

Thanks!

I'm going to hit that up when I get out of the kitchen.

Boy told me he is going to pound delauney pretty hard in the Churchill downs.

In a side note, Aspy and other UK fans can appreciate this, if you're celeb watching on any of the streams former UK player Nerlens Noel was visiting a children's hospital yesterday in the area and met a kid that he has invited to the Derby with him as his guest. Don't know if they'll show him, but thought that was very cool.

bet normandy invasion

have him on top of 9 horses in tri and exacta.

also did a $1 exacta with orb and borels horse on top of 9 horses.

Also bet the South American horse in Turf Sprint(#7). Lack of speed in the race, and horse is coming in, 3rd start off of a long layoff. He's been running and trying to get leads on 22/ and 21 ish quarters. You cannot go 22 flat at keeneland on the green and expect to hold on.

If having horses in double, normandy invasion, and then the 3 and 16 on top in exactas, and i hit nothing, it really is a bad weekend.

side note: walked into OTB, in Sauget(illanoy), and it was 1 minute to CD 1st race, #3 was 5/2, and was a ramsey horse, so bet the #3. Horse wins by a length, paid 7ish. Got me a little excited for rest of day..

Boy is PISSED we didn't run in the turf sprint this year. We've got a fast 5f horse and he said the race came up weak. Cominsky would have hit the lead and never looked back

the only speed is the #7 and the #1, and the 1 horse is a Louisiana Bred, who runs moderate 22's.

If #7 doesn't clear, i'll be shocked, whether he holds on, we'll that's another thing!

No. I was wrong. Thought it was a live stream, but its just about the weather.

Frenchie has two wins already. Feeling pretty good about Java at this point. Heading to Keeneland in about an hour.

Frenchwill fick him on a 20 horse field. He's lucky he drew outside, though
