Well that blows the nfl knew theory out of the water
I may be a bit confused but why does that mean the NFL did not know?

I could see a situation where he thought he didn't really do anything wrong, and then he saw himself looking like an a-hole on the video and was embarrassed.
That was the part that really made me question just how dumb he is.

Unless he was drunk and literally didn't remember what happened, him saying he didn't realize how wrong he was until he saw the video 2 days ago was dumbfounding to me.

My other biggest takeaway was him saying the NFL never even tried to speak with him about it. Goodell gonna Goodell.

and even if that is the case, the NFL still looks absolutely horrible

Especially if it's true that they never tried to interview him, like he said.

if that's true, then how can the NFL say they've learned from their mistakes and take DV any bit seriously if they just ignored the entire situation?

the Chiefs didn't know yet the NFL knew? That makes no sense.

Now it's coming out that the NFL didn't even interview Kareem Hunt let alone the victim. I've been saying all along that it's a case of incompetence, not turning a blind eye.

Trying my hardest not to write the overdetailed comparison of investigative techniques used by the NFL in this case vs the deflate gate and other similar controversy cases

It would be a beauty

The NFL seems to ALWAYS completely mismanage these situations. It’s astounding. They literally do the worst thing possible and come out looking the worst of all parties involved. And they have more leaks than the Iraqi navy
