LOL

Only on this site would Kirby not be considered the best coach in the sport

I think Indiana's record the past 2 years puts him more at 2 behind Cignetti

They handed Notre Dame a win in the CFP last year, I'd wait on crowning him

Overall? Sure

Kirby's historical advantage is his recruiting more than his coaching. When they were in that title window they had insane talent. I mean just look at the Eagles now.

They haven't been nearly as dominant when that talent dipped a bit as NIL started.

How did DeBoer lose 7 games at Bama if he’s the 2nd best coach in the country and he had all that talent Saban left?

Program maintenance, filmwork, analysis, strategy, Xs and Os, etc. As opposed to a guy relying on accumulating insane talent (like a Les or Kirby). Saban was so dominant b/c he was so good at both.

Kirby is dominant in both.

He's the best coach in the game. Period. He has no peers, aside from Day.

Not with the talent advantage OSU has now with all of their spending.

Look at the job he did last year and this year then try to say that with a straight face.

Initially, yes. But he has adjusted and is almost back to being as dominant as before, especially if he wins it all in 3 weeks.

I think Indiana rocks them. They aren't good. OU dominated that game last night

Didn’t 38 guys leave the first month?

He’s also an average OL away from having a top 3 team in the country.
