If it is proven that the NFL only leaked salacious details of just Gruden they could have a big libel suit on their hands. That being said, libel/slander have a high threshold to reach.

You mean Gruden right? Kaep’s only means of recourse against the NFL (albeit complete bullshite considering it was self-inflicted) was the grievance he filed against them under the CBA.
