Is this the National Recruiting Title like for rivals or scout?

Nah, it's the top 100 high school teams in the country.

LINK

This provides the enrollment numbers for classification in Texas. Doesn't mention anything about the different divisions.

My guess would be that it has to due with regions, since Texas is so large.

Probably I thought I heard the announcers say something about enrollment being involved during the broadcast the other night but I could be wrong damn sure won't be the first or last time

it goes like this

i think something just over 2200 students puts you in 5A in Texas. But some schools (Allen, Skyline, etc) can have 5k or more.. 4 teams from each district make the playoffs. The top two enrollment wise (regardless of what place they finished in district) go to Division 1 for their class, and the bottom two per enrollment go to Division 2 for their class

so teams could be Division 1 Champ one year, and Division 2 champ the next, and the other way around based on who else from their district makes the playoffs

So Division 1 isnt necessarily the 64 largest teams in the class, but its probably most of them.. you could have some in D2 larger than some in D1

Agree. I think they would smack Curtis in the face. Especially this year.

Yep big aggressive linemen on both sides of the ball and their rb is gonna make some big 12 defenses hurt

I've watched Katy for a few years now b/c of Dalton/TCU... curious about his "roots". This year's team was a machine.

Not exactly a daunting task

But seriously, Adam Taylor is legit. I wish we would have taken his commitment.

Not saying that. Of all those other teams mentioned - Katy is the one that I really think would make them come to Jesus.

How many Curtis games did you watch? Would be a good game. To say Curtis would get "slapped" is ignorant.

To put it another way, talent at the skill spots are prob in Katy's favorite. Along the lines is a negligible difference. John Curtis has possibly one of the best and most prepared staffs in America
