The only reason that there are shitty black coaches is a good thing. It means that more blacks, not just the elites, can get a job as the head coach. Blacks win and are retained at the same rate now as white coaches.
The reason that black coaches used to not be fired as much was simply due to the fact that they were better than the average white coach.
