it really doesnt matter.. people will always bring up the cheating. It wont take away the rings or trophys. But If i were a member of the patriots team i would be a little bummed knowing people think what we had accomplished is tarnished. It will always be mentioned rather patriots or their fans like it or not.

The Patriots won 69.3 percent of their games while they were presumably taping signals; they have won 75.6 percent of games after the spygate scandal.

From what I have seen old athletes love to tear down the accomplishments of those playing today whenever they can find an excuse to do so. Their egos don't shrink when they retire.
