Is there a bigger outlier than that team?
Caldwell has been in Jacksonville since 2013. They’ve had double digit loses every season except 2017.

They have a decent QB, quality receivers, a good rb, a good enough MLB, and absolutely nothing else.

Gardner is not that guy thought he might be but Lawrence and Fields feel like the best 2 QBs in a long time
I hope they dont frick this up. Robinson is a great surprise at RB. Get another WR to go with Chark and Laviska. Or interior DL and OL anywhere on OL
What ever the order just get one of them QBs not since Leftwich and Gerrard has there been any continuity.

Need to rebuild the defense very few good players. Offensive line, running back and receivers are legit. This year draft Lawrence or Fields, a legit TE, and rest on defense. A whole new front office and a new coaching staff to seal the deal.
