Maybe it's just me, but I think MJ was far better than Kobe. I still have Kobe in my top 5 though. Lot of people on Twitter seem to think MJ and Kobe were equally good. I just see MJ on a different level than others.

That might be a stretch. Kobe easily the second best shooting guard ever. It's just my opinion that the gap between 1 and 2 is wide.

Kobe isn’t top 10. His death has people overrating him.

From 04-07, Kobe had a way better three year stretch, statistically speaking, than anyone else in NBA history. 05 and 06, he averaged over 30 points a game and over 35 points a game in 2005.

Lol MJ is 1. Most people believe that. Some people don't and that's fine. Kobe can't be that low.

MJ averaged 37, 35, 33, 34, 32, 30, 33 from 86-93. Just an FYI.

MJ is the goat while Kobe might make the back end of a top 15 list. So no, they arent close.

Is Kobe even a top 10 basketball player of all time? I think if you looked in depth at the stats you could make a solid argument that he isn't.

It’s a proper ranking. He was a volume scorer who shot 44% for his career. People overrate him because he played in LA and got a ton of media hype. Give me guys like Shaq, Hakeem, Dirk, Karl Malone, Curry over Kobe.

No

People Who argue for Kobe in the MJ Lebron debate are retards.

All Kobe could do was score and he couldn’t score like MJ. Averages 5 PPG less. Les
rebounds less assists per
Game.

Lebron’s argument involves versatility. He’s a better rebounder and passer. Kobe is a lesser version of MJ
