No, but he is very talented. Ones also blessed with a strong arm, size, running ability. I used 6'3" as a cut off for height. Anyone I miss?

Most physically gifted is Vick. He was fast. He was quick. His arm was amazing. As a Saints fan, I’m glad he never maximized his talent.
After Vick is guys like Cam, Lamar, Allen, Mahomes, Young, Cunningham, Elway, Gannon, Tarkenton, McNair, etc. All these guys have one or two things Vick had, but Vick had all those things.
