He rubbedany in Philadelphia the wrong way and they hated his religious-like approach to analytics. Pulling guys for no reason, etc.

Disaster? Dude was basically .500 in two seasons and .500 in the one season that mattered. Yeah they didn't reach expectations after signing Harper but who knew Andrew would only play in 59 games, Nola would regress, Arrieta would blow up, and none of those young guys (Velasquez, Pivetta, Eickhoff) would step up and provide valuable innings.
