re: I'm meeting Tim Tebow soon like I met Joe Montana last year. What should I say?

Ask why he and Lolo Jones haven't gotten together. Both super religious, supposed to be holding out for marriage and are rather athletic. Their offspring would be all-American.
Because when Tebow pops his cherry, he doesn't want it to be with a chick with an inverse booty. If she laid on her stomach in a rainstorm, her arse could collect water.
But I'm not a virgin, so I'd hit it.

I assure you that Tim has gotten laid.

Please do not feed the troll....you are a better poster than this. You care about sports. Kills does not. It's a trap.

Actually, we spend our weekends boating on Table Rock Lake and frequent places on the lake like Top of the Rock and Big Cedar. All of that is only 30 minutes south of Springfield.
In Spfld our favorite restaurant is Flame which is downtown (Walnut St). Favorite pizza is Arris Pizza (Brad Pitt's favorite restaurant when he's in Springfield) and Pizza House (Commercial St). This city has more restaurants per capita than any US city so you can't go wrong.
There are several solid bars downtown. I encourage you to go downtown on the first Friday of every month. The first Friday of each month is celebrated and known as First Friday Art Walk. The art galleries open up and downtown gets very interesting.
If you like canoeing or kayaking you can rent canoes/kayaks at the boathouse on Lake Springfield located in the extreme southeast corner of Springfield city limits. Lake Springfield is very beautiful and covers about 7 miles. There are also several very good rivers to float in this area. If you want a nic float that is just outside Springfield, go to Hootentown or Galena both of which are located on the James River. Galena is about 35 minutes away but it's a great scenic portion of the James. Hootentown is much closer, only 10 minutes southwest of Nixa. It's a fun float full of partying college students and interesting white trash. Can't beat that! There are several more scenic rivers to float in Southwest Missouri. This area is a floating Mecca...including NW Arkansas.
Of course there's the St. Louis Cardnals minor league team which plays at Hammon's Field. It's a fun venue.
And don't forget that you can now watch Dave Steckel (former Mizzou Defensive Coordinator) now coach at Missouri State (even though MO State's football program sucks...LOL).
To watch a movie, go to B&B Theatre in Ozark. They serve alcohol and a full dinner menu and assign a waiter to you during the movie. Purchase your tickets a week in advance. There's also The Moxie Theatre located downtown that specializes in independent movies and it also serves alcohol.
Let me know if you would like more info!

mizzoukills is one of the best posters here. Why is everyone so mean to him?

Thanks! I will check those places out. Supervisor is a miserable snob I detest, so I don't know if I will be here for the long haul. I'm liking the Ozarks so far. I had to get out of the shitty state I was stuck in.
Have a couple cousins here I visited when I first came here. Some are Missouri St. alum. Saw Springfield win 4-3 tonight. Stayed all 11 innings. Beautiful park. I'm happy for Steckel he gets a chance to head coach. I know someone that vacations at Table Rock Lake every year. They love it. We used to go on float trips on Current River in Van Buren. I read great reviews about Pizza House. Heard Whole Hog or someplace is really good too.
When are you, pioneerbasketball, and wstorie44 going on your canoe trip?

how does he feel being such a disappointing SEC player in the NFL?

Pioneer didn't take me seriously when I offered to pay for alcohol. He thought I was trolling the Arkansas Board. I wasn't.
On the other hand, I was indeed trolling Wayne. Wayne allows himself to be so easily rustled so I do stupid things like ask him if he wants to go on float trips with me. LOL. For some strange reason it makes him so mad (like Dukke mad!). Don't know why.
If Wayne actually wanted to float I would still encourage him to come. I'll float with anyone and at least give them a shot.
However, I don't think it'll go down simply because the Arkansas posters are just too suspicious of my intentions. Some believe it'll turn into Deliverance with me as the hillbilly butt lovin' ring leader.

What happened to pioneerbasketball? Haven't seen him around?
I noticed wstorie44 really gets worked up when you post something funny. I don't get it either. I wish he would post more. Sometimes I can't understand what he is saying since he misspells much of what he types. I need to post in his threads again. Maybe he will come back.
Have you ever floated on the Current River in Van Buren? My brother bought a cabin on Lake Wappapello, and built another cabin right next to it. I have been over there a few times.
Why are all these Arkansas posters so paranoid of you? Why is dukke v so angry?
