1. Alabama vs. 8. Oregon
2. Clemson vs. 7. Cincinnati
3. Ohio St vs. 6. Oklahoma
4. Notre Dame vs. 5. Texas A&M
Three of these four games would be complete blowouts, like most semifinal games are.
And you would still end up with Bama vs. Clemson in the championship game.
