Twitter so savage since last night Simmons may not recover.

Coldest drop I've ever read.

It really is unbelievable how he can be so advanced in just about every aspect of basketball except one the most basic skills. Shooting. The strange thing is that his shooting form isn't bad. He's just absolutely terrified to shoot in a game.

1000 shots a day during the summer should help, but he has to be willing to shoot.

If ever there is a Mass Shooting(basketball related) and the name Ben Simmons is the perpetrator we can rest assured it is a False Flag.

So unoriginal. This tweet has been part of club soccer for a while. For every striker that misses a sitter, every copycat sends it out

Lol, not even close. If his shooting form was decent he'd shoot better than 56% from the charity stripe.

Simmons is screwed in the shooting department. It is what it is, but it's better that people recognize it now.

So you are saying that there is no way for the 21 year old second year player to improve his shooting?

I mean, I remember when they use to say the same thing about LeBron James.

No one is saying he's got as nice a stroke as say, Klay Thompson. But he doesn't have some incredibly funky delivery like a Joahkim Noah. Or even his teammate, Fultz.

If you watched him warm up before games at LSU you wouldn't think you were watching a guy who would be a terrible shooter once the game started. I just think he has ZERO confidence in his shot and has still been able to dominate games without it. Thus, he does't go to it in a game because it's a bad % play for him

Magic Johnson and Jason Kidd were both poor jump shooters when they entered the league. If he works on it, he can improve.

He better get his shot mechanics analyzed and fixed this summer. His team is doomed otherwise.

Needs a coach with brains who is paid to get his percentage from ft line up to 80 by august 1.
Rick Barry

Start with that.
