Do you check any sports via a digital media?

Barstool owns the attention of 18-38 year olds in a digital landscape. Their distribution strategy is always A+. They would absolutely crush this.

I’d imagine Barstool owns as much attention or more vs second rate broadcast shows like CBS and Fox Sports. ESPN probably clips them, but if you’re checking sports news via social, barstool has to be near the top. There’s a reason all of sports centers social handles are curated the way they are now. Considering I don’t know what any of this means, I think you’re overestimating it a good bit.

I’m far from a casual sports fan and I don’t consume any barstool content at all. Again, I could be naive, but I don’t think I’m that unique.

I think you’re underestimating it. It’s pretty huge and keeps growing. Also “I don’t know it and I’m a sports guy” is an awful way to evaluate it.

How so?

I consume sports way more than the average American. If I don’t know much about barstool sports, it would seem to follow that the majority of people, who follow sports less than I do, also do not know who barstool is.

I’m not saying they’re small necessarily. I’m saying that you’re out of your mind if you think attaching “barstool” to a bowl game makes it the biggest non-New Years bowl.

I think you’d be surprised
That said, don’t think anyone’s said they’d be the biggest Non-NY6 Bowl

Love barstools stance against the NBA too
Think they need to do a collab with Clay Travis

So glad I stopped watching that league.

The boards biggest moron and the guy who pretends to be the board’s biggest moron are celebrating one another. What a remarkable time.
