Non pro bound seniors, all red shirts (without any penalty even if they played the maxed they could during the season), and hell... I don't care if they did it like scrimmages and had the first drive or first couple drives all freshmen and sophomores (non season starters), and then rotate players in and the second half allow all last game ever players to play.
