I have the first ball Jim Bunning signed after being elected to the Hall of Fame. Even says so on the ball.

I had Ted Williams' cryogenically frozen head in my freezer. Needed the space for specs and reds, so I sent it to South America to be used as a makeshift soccer ball.

1949 Red Sox

Is this an important team?

I believe they had a big lead and seemed to be cruising to the pennant before the Yankees caught up with them and won it. Ted won MVP.

It was an important team in Red Sox history, at least until the WS win.
