No, with Bovada and 5Dimes, you can move the line on each bet various amounts, for each leg of the bet. It's not 13 points total. The more points you get, the less the odds pay.

It can be a winning formula if the book charge you reasonable juice -110. I wouldn’t do NCAAFB bc the scores are more volatile. But if my local offer -110 and allows nfl total, I would play the over in regular season Games every week.
