No they don’t. I admit they are probably in if they win out but they’ll need quite a bit of help.

The committee is not bad. I don't mid them my issue is not all leagues are playing for a NC

I think all 10 conference winners top Indy and wildcard

Must win conference to get top 4 seed and bye. Then play first round at home. Use NY6 as the Qtrs and Semis then still use NCG

It makes too much sense but

mean, it definitely matters when you have the same amount of losses as a team you're being compared against.

The quality of the wins matters as well and ND has higher quality wins. And play that game again and ND wins. ND passes the eye test when held next to UGA.

Here would be my idea if put into use as of today standings
I know it's not best or great idea but it's something

ACC: 6. Miami
AAC: 8. UCF
B1G: 2. Ohio St
BXII: 7. Iowa St
CUSA: 10. FAU
Indy: 3. Notre Dame
MAC: 9. Toledo
MWC: 11. Boise
PAC: 4. Washington
SEC: 1. Alabama
SBC: 12. Arkansas St
Wild: 5. Georgia

So my bracket is

Toledo @ UCF, winner plays Alabama in Atlanta
Arkansas St @ UGA, winner plays Washington in Glendale

FAU @ Iowa St, winner plays Ohio St in Miami
Boise @ Miami, winner plays Notre Dame in Dallas

Semis are in New Orleans and Pasadena

First round Friday/Saturday after CCG
Week before Christmas Weekend
Semi Jan 1 weekend
Final Jan 8
