I love how some schools folks like to take a dig at USC's QB's in the NFL, all while their schools have maybe one QB on a roster.

Do the QBs at those other schools have ESPN obsessing over them from the moment they stepped on campus?

Come on...there's a reason. Lienart is lucky to be on a NFL roster and Sanchez has quickly become a joke. Palmer is the only QB from USC who has seen any kind of long term success...but graduated 10 years ago. Oh, can't forget about Matt Cassel...lol Where in the world is John David Booty?

thank you for falling right into that one.

Please list your school's QB's on a roster?

BTW, no other school has as many NFL QB's. BUt using the logic of some, I suppose William and Mary College has a leg up on USC because they have no NFL QB's who are second string or suck in the NFL.

A bit off topic, but....

I'll never forget an article I read on CBS Sportsline before the 2007 season. It was a preseason ranking. Coming out of HS, Sanchez and Ryan P were the two highest rated QBs

The article pointed to Sanchez not playing as evidence of how stacked SC was.

Same article pointed to Ryan P not playing as evidence of him being overhyped.

It's very difficult to make the league.

The fact that USC has 4 QBs (soon to be 5) from recent memory - just this LAST decade...to make the rosters and start in the NFL - is pretty freaking impressive.

USC never did this before, Rob Johnson, Rodney Pete, Maranovich...yippie!

It's been Tailback U for a reason. So, this new proliferation of USC QBs making the NFL is impressive. Anyone think otherwise is a dumbass...or their standards are OT hot.

You mean the guy who can't play outside the Patriot's system? I think we're talking about the same guy. Should be a thrilling a training camp watching him and Ponder battle it out. On second thought, I would still take him before Lienart and Sanchez.

It seems like we're judging by different criteria. Setting the bar at being drafted in the NFL? Sure, USC has great success getting QB's to the league. Getting QB's to the league that see any kind of prolonged success? I would say no. But, troll on.
