I could dunk from the the 3 point line in HS, but coach played MJ in front of me because I banged his daughter. I caught a terrible cold my senior year that I never fully recovered from either.

In HS I could dunk pretty easily but couldn't do it vertical. I had to take at least 1 step. My main problem was that I couldn't palm the ball I have very small hands for my size. I'm just under 6'3
I use to throw down some sick dunks with a volleyball. I had a bad ankle injury my jr year and never could really jump as well after that. Couldn't even come close to dunking a ball now. I'm 23

I'm 6'7" and can dunk. My coordination is not good so I can't do anything fancy like a windmill. I'm better off of two feet than one like J Rich
