How do they do drug testing on winning race horses?

Do they stand around and wait for the horse to take a piss?
Blood sample?
Is it done immediately after the race?
Also, do they test past the top 3 finishers?

Pee.
They go to the test barn and cool out. Then go in a stall. Most are whistle trained to pee.
Big races they may pull blood? Idk. Never been in the test barn for one of those
