I mean it gets more heat because they’ve been such a disaster but it’s also a bit of a red flag for their overall team direction and goals, or lack of
Also I don’t think this is a huge story or anything like you’re saying, it’s not like it’s a leading espn story or any thing

BoB out them in a horrible predicament and then you add in the fact their franchise QB finds himself in hot water with the law, they might as well be an expansion team at this point without the first round picks.
