If taking about the SEC championship or making it into a preset official limit on the number of SEC teams in playoffs than you correct. When it’s still mostly a pageant and going by number of losses across different strengths of conferences and schedules I think what you mean is - Don’t play in the toughest conference and don’t schedule out of conference games against the top 4 conferences and especially the top 2.
