I think this is the common belief but I honestly dont know if there's any substance to it.
This is the news I have been reading well over a year. These are common reports. And just last night we had a guy claiming to be a Cousin of a leading FSU director who said His Cousin told him that last year FSU did really try to go to the SEC and the SEC wanted them, but Florida blocked their entry. That has to be true, because that goes with the prevailing reports the media has shared for a long time now about a coalition of Schools desiring to create a Veto Block Power to prevent such schools if they can.
The buzz a little while ago was that FSU and Clemson were hoping to join the Big-12. And I heard from 3 friends, 1 who is more of a insider that FSU might go to the SEC. However all 3 of those guys are close friends, so in truth it may be from only one source in total. I am not sure. Either way, the consensus is that FSU and Clemson are not happy with the new ACC contract drawn up and looking for a new home. And if indeed the SEC adds 2 more Schools, that = 16. The PAC would not sit with just 12 vs that amount. It would create a ripple effect. The PAC and Big Ten would go on raiding parties...

First of all, you have some really deep seeded issues... This is your 5th total post ever under this user name. Last night you came on my thread to make your 1st ever post and it was a aggressive hit piece at me. And in all your 5 posts, you do not even rebut one single point I made and you do not even talk about any of the subject matters in any way of my thread I created. And you desired to do was flame and attack.
Such allows any intelligent person know right away that you are clearly an Alter. For if indeed this was your fist time coming to this site, registering a user name, one would first browse around and learn this site first. But nope... I did not sit on jack. I could of cared less when pages are to 2nd page or whenever. I wait on nothing. I leave, come back, respond when I get time. I did not create that 5 D coach thread last week for jack. You really need to stop assuming things. It gets old as dirt.
