I'm pissed I missed this.

But wow. fricking wow.

OPS at 3.172 in this series vs. the Orioles.

I didn't even know that was possible.

Imagine how devastating Cincinnati would be if they had Hamilton, Votto, and Bruce in the middle of their lineup.

Almost as good as Hamilton, Kinsler, Andrus, Young, Beltre, Napoli and Cruz. Each of them all stars.

And I'm stuck out in Oakland at the shitty A's and Jays game. Blech!
There must be only 5000 +/- tonight.

Love those Rangers. Wearing the colors to the game. frick the A's!

they have the exact same fielding percentage over their careers. not sure what other defensive categories would be telling

Kemp also steals a shite load of bases where Hamilton basically has no speed on the bags. would be interesting to see them both play a full season.

still can't believe Kemp didn't win MVP last year.

Fielding percentage doesn't mean much, just that each player makes routine plays well. You would have to look at each player's range to see if a player is impressive defensively like Brett Gardner. Hamilton is much better than Kemp in that regard but he's so injury prone.

Kemp's younger, been in the majors longer, and plays more games/season than Hamilton. Hamilton's fun to watch though. The real Roy Hobbs.
