Not arguing this at all. But the AP2 is much easier for a 10 handicap to hit than those blades. I don't know why any amateur without professional aspirations would hit blades. In fact, anyone who isn't practicing daily probably is hurting his game by playing blades.

I'm an 8 and play with with blades. My ball striking is the strongest part if my game though. I was a 12 when I started blades. The course I play most often has smaller greens so it's pretty important to be able to bring the ball in right to left or left to right.

i played muscles for years. just recently switched to taylor made MC's and like them.
don't get blades because you think the Pro's do it and you think you should "shape" your shots. stick with something a little easier to hit, you will be happier.

I have old blades, I want to switch to a top of the line cavity back like an AP2 sooooo badly. I'm saving up now to purchase some.
The thing is, I hit some awesome shots sure, but it's like I either hit it perfect and it's right at the cup, or I miss slightly and it's off the green. I would MUCH rather my miss hits staying on the green even 20-30 feet away and my great shots maybe not being as exact
