Janay Rice excluded it seems that one common denominator for some of the domestic violence problem is the gold digger syndrome. Face it a lot of these players are targeted, the gold digger gets knocked up and now they are paying millions to these groupies. NFL has a domestic violence problem but they also have a gold digger problem. One connects with the other. You don't see rock stars and entertainers having this problem to the extent of the NFL because the rock stars hit it and leave them behind. No ties. NFL needs to have some rock stars come speak at the Rookie symposium to brush up on game.

if this is really your position, than its not a "rock star" problem, its condoms/birth control problem.

if they dont knock the girl up (no pun intended), then there arent any ties. but do you really think this connection is exclusive to NFL players? this can happen to anyone with money.

You are all right. I just tired of this whole topic and everyone coming out as a former victim now that the topic is main stream.

No, the NFL has a human being problem. People are assholes. Players in the NFL are no more likely to commit violence than the general population.

You wanna get rid of violence? Kill all the people.

Why does she get excluded?

ETA - I'm not excusing the players. I'm just curious what makes her different. Because she married him? Did she sign a prenup?

How about these guys use better judgement with who they get involved with? Or better yet use some restraint?

Na you're right its the "gold diggers" fault...thats exactly what I'd expect to hear from a guy who seems to punt on personal responsibility for any issue you have
