I can slam 5 drinks within an hour and be under .08 BAC.
Sure, but there are so many States that don't even care about that threshold anymore.
It's just a slam drunk arrest.
But you can blow way below and here comes the "eye test" and arrest. You basically can't have a drop anymore in America and drive without fear of getting arrested. Its actually a zero a tolerance country now on drinking and driving.

Right. I can't see why having a beer or 2 or a glass of wine makes driving forbidden at an event where adults are drinking.
Cant find the difference between you going home from a friends party vs them in a work capacity potentially driving high school recruits from a recruiting event in school vehicles?

Yea having 3 beers at a 3 hour recruiting event is not putting you at any more risk than normally getting into a car really.

Georgia fans on here will just ignore this and blame the AJC and the local deer that caused the accident.

All this is is a rehash of everything that happened.
And the AJC is a rag. That "journalist" who broke the story but also spread lies and exaggerations had to resign or the school was gonna sue their arse into bankruptcy.
And it wasn't the first time that that "journalist" has done this. He's a POS.
