Assuming they beat Okie Lite tomorrow, yes OU would go to the BCS Title Game as a 1-Loss Team.

Penn State sits at #8 in the BCS right now with no games left on their schedule and therefore they have as much of a shot at playing in the BCS Title Game as Texas A&M.

BUT, If Mizzou wins the Big-12 Title game that means THEY win the Conference. If USC doesn't win the Pac-10 ans OSU does taht means the Only other team taht would qualify would be Penn State cause they won the Big-10. Penn State is not as good as UT,OU,or TTU but if they WIN their conference they should be ablr to go!!

Once again, it's not a matter of "should".
I personally think Penn State deserves at the very least to be in the discussion about the BCS Title Game. But they won't be. Not even a word.

I'm not going to argue against it because they have a very strong argument that as a 1-Loss Winner of a BCS Conference that they deserve to be in the Title Game.
Too bad no one is going to listen. The instant that Iowa Kicker sent that ball through the uprights they were dead in the mind of the College Football World in terms of the National Championship Game.

I'm scared to play BC again. Only team that really shut down the offense. Everything else was GT turning the ball over, BC's front 4 just was a brick wall
