Yeah that's what they used to tell me. I just went there my Freshman year (98-99). That year was when Troy Edwards and Tim Rattay were at Tech and they came to Monroe in like week 7. I was really wasted that game but remember the crowd being pretty huge at Kickoff, however I also vaguely remember it going from crowded to virtually empty just after halftime.
