Michigan State +6.5 tonight seems like trap city, but I can't avoid it.

I bet just for fun. I've got 3k on LSU losing today

For saying you’re profitable and bet just for fun putting that kind of money down on a -400 ML goes against any solid betting strategy. OU got their arse whooped last 3 outings

That’s the strategy for someone dropping that kind of money on a line like that. Time to call the hotline

I definitely had 3k on OU ML
Still a good bet. OU just shite the bed. Losing while being up 5 with 20 seconds left is pretty damn epic

Kentucky just hit a 3 at the buzzer to cover the 4.5.

Most of the time I keep my wagers small too, usually between $10 and $25 depending on the sport. I just don’t enjoy the stress of high-stakes bets, it kills the fun. I did have a lucky stretch during March Madness last year and hit a couple underdog MLs that boosted my bankroll by a few hundred. But I try to stay pretty strict with bankroll management so I don’t burn through my budget chasing losses.
When I’m not super confident in a pick, I like using smaller wagers on promo offers and free spins. It gives me extra chances without spending more. I actually came across a bonus code site that lists no deposit codes and free spins that are good for side action or just testing out a new casino without all the risk.

Last year I finished up +202.46 and so far this year I'm +42.58

My big wins from bets placed last year were Daniels ROY at +1200 which was only a $15 bet and Spain (soccer) to win the European Championship +190 on a $50 bonus bet.
Key is picking the underdogs that are undervalued like those and not betting on everything. With $200 bonuses that every app offered a couple years ago on $5 deposits I drove a couple accounts up to $1k and then bet more on everything and drove them back into the ground.
Don’t care as I’ve deposited maybe $200 historically across them all and withdrew more than that once to come out ahead but now I do the same with micro bets on the FanDuel acct I have left and just do it for fun. Hardly betting at all now though, mainly futures

Not bad for a “safe” gambler — those ROY and Spain bets are solid plays. You’re doing it smarter than most parlay junkies I know. If you’re ever looking to stretch your bankroll even more, I stumbled on some $3 deposit casinos that make low-stakes fun feel high-stakes: https://icasinoreviews.co.nz/3-dollar-deposit-casinos/ — great for testing luck without sweating the rent ??

I just noticed this is an old thread and I already posted in it. Anyway, I am up $14k over five years due to Nadal at the French Open in 2022 and OSU football last year. If those hadn’t hit, I would be down almost $40k.
I see a gambling bot bumped this thread.
