Interesting that you'd use the word "arse," since I was implying that is where you take it. Anyway, what kind of gay-arse program are they running at McNeese where their 5-year players are still using terms like front and back catcher? I'm not sure who the coach is, but this is a fireable offense imho.

Piece of random trivia. In the 1800s the catcher crouched much farther back in order to catch the pitch on one bounce so as not to break his fingers (no catcher's mitts then).
The umpire stood behind the pitcher to call balls and strikes.
In those days the catcher was definitely 'back.'
