and yeah his wife is kinda loud and annoying she sat down next to me once and slammed into to me trying to make extra room for herself.

I busted her three times the other night. All night long she kept saying / whining "You guys don't understand, I am getting good cards!" Jimmy looked at her and said "Yeah, but theirs are always better" He had the whole table cracking up with his antics.

One time he called a guys all in on the river. It ended up being a $300 pot or so. The flop came A 7 A, the turn A, and the river 3. The guy Jimmy called turned over A7, and Jimmy looks at him and says "At what point did you begin to worry?"

yeah Jimmy is hilarious. I remember one time there was this major donk betting 50-100 every hand dark preflop. The guy was piss drunk and called Jimmy queer. I figured it would piss him off but he just made a joke of it.

I wish I could have stayed longer to try and get some of what he was up. Hopefully he'll be back this week. I was just dead tired, and I make it a point not to try and fight through it, I've turned sugar to shite many times by staying too long.

Yeah I have that problem too but usually when I am down. He is definitely good for the game when you get him and another maniac at the same table its fun to watch and if you pick up a few hands you will make a lot of money.

Oh yeah. I wasn't catching shite and still walked out up $500. A pot below $100 was a rarity.

Another guy you got to watch out for is Tim, he wears that Texas Rangers Hank Blalock jersey all the time and the dirtiest hat ive ever seen phoenix suns hat. Ive never played with someone who will move all in preflop with such a wide range of marginal hands like KQ, and mid to small pairs. I raised to 10 and he moved in for 120 with KQ and I called with QQ and a K rolled off for him.

Ok thanks. Yeah, if they close it won't be for me. The deal with the wiife is that I can play as long as it isn't at a time I could be with them. So I play when they are asleep.

To original poster

You're lucky your 10k got wired to Harrah's. I'm sure you've heard about the DoJ freezing about $33 million in online money. I've been in vegas for about 2 weeks now for the series and its all everyone is talking about. That and a Harrah's employee I know who works in accounting that said there was a chance some of the online qualifiers might not get to play b/c of the 10k not getting wired through.

Good luck in the main event.

He wired money directly from his bank to Harrahs. Yes the DoJ are being asses, but in this situation, online sites/DoJ had nothing to do with his transaction.

You tell me what your thoughts are on this play you raise with AQ flop comes rags with a 3. You check your opponent moves in and you can read him for a lot of weakness. I called.. He had A-3.

is this a joke? its a fricking obvious fold. what are you? 60/40 at best? you have nothing except 2 overs and your going to call your stack off b/c you since weakness? what would you consider your hand? Strong? and this people, is why poker is so profitable.

if you meant to say the flop was rag A 3. then i apologize. you type like a 3rd grader

I think he meant to say the flop was A3x.

and you dont really give enough info on the hand to make a decision. Cash or tourney? How deep are you/How deep is he? Bubble? etc etc. We need more info to determine the best line to take.

he moved in for 40 dollars in a cash game i had over 200 so it wasnt calling my stack off. i dont consider my hand strong but if the guy is making a move i should have the best hand.
