Yup! BRAND NEW!

You act like a brand new bandwagon fan? Oh man gotta win it on the road again this year..blah blah blah. True Sox fans that were there through the rough years would never claim stuff like that. Cause they know more than anyone besides us Cubbies fans you never know when the next WS will come....and dont want to jinx it

Am I alone in thinking that Corey Hart's throw to the plate was terrible? I dont see how McCann got it there and even made a tag on Morneau.

If you are a true life long Sox fans..my apoligies....just the way you post about them reminds me of alot of bandwagon fans....trust me I know bandwagon fans..I live in Baton Rouge....may have misread it though.

FWIW 99% lsu fans right now are bandwagon. I've said for awhile now let LSU have 2 avg years....and the real fans will sell out Tiger Stadium and it will be louder than a bandwagon could ever get it. The real fan priced out right now by the bandwagon.
Atleast when I go to basketball games there are only 3000 people in there and we don't have to worry about a bandwagon...yet.

Do you talk to bandwagon fans? Ones you can tell are new fans? I don't have any serious conversation with LSU or Cubs fans that I think are bandwagon...kind of jack arse move on my part I just hate that people are there when things are good and as soon as shite goes slightly wrong they first to complain.

it annoyed the shite out of me at first. being a lifelong sox fan, i never head to deal with bandwagon fans before. i used to be able to go up to anyone in a sox cap and talk about trades, rumors, etc. now its more common to get a blank stare when i ask about someone in AAA. i think i accept better now because they are good for the bottom line ($$$) of the organization.

if we didnt have bandwagoners, it means we would be sucking. i guess it goes along with the territory. its similar to being a famous actor and losing your privacy. you cant have it both ways.

to that point, i think most people will think anyone who posts about the red sox as being a bandwagon fan nowadays because there are so many of them. ive been called a bandwagoner on here multiple times by people who didnt know i moved from boston.

ya but I was mainly going off of the "Guess we gotta win it on the road comments" because majority of people who suffered through bad times don't want to jinx the good times with comments like that

Ive been to 3 WS's, 3 Superbowls, 2 NCAA championships, 3 NBA Finals etc. My 2 favorite sporting events to attend though are Sox-Yanks, especially when they meet in the playoffs, or a good LSU game in TS.
