I would like to see the SWAC Champ & Ivy League Champ compete in the FCS Playoffs with the others!
But with the Bayou Classic ; ain't gonna happen!
I do not see the SWAC and MEAC making changes anytime soon. IIRC they actually make money on their classic games and the Celebration Bowl while most schools lose money on the FCS playoffs. So unless the FCS playoffs start getting more attention and $$$ I do not see why they would change. Even though I would like to see them join the FCS playoffs as well.

Not to mention, they'd rarely be competitive.

but your a Southern fan and they play FCS football. How does that work? Even if your knowledge is limited to the SWAC and HBCU ball, you still know something about FCS football.
HBCU ball is basically its own unique thing… they still have a “black national champion”

I'm begging any conference in the G5 to pick up SDSU, NDSU, Montana and Montana State.

It would, but UC Davis was picked up today in every sport but football which I think they'll bring in soon. Either the AAC or MAC would be better for the other programs.
